  This is Planet Flippo;s 6th CD and it's mostly originals, many of which were written specially for band members (according to their requests). Saxophonist/flutist Dan Hesler wanted a song about a giraffe running (Giraffe Trek), Percussionist Aras Biskis wanted a "Greek Jig," Teacher Alan Swain asked for a waltz in 4. (Thanks! 4-4-Waltz) Drummer Heath Chappel wanted to be in different meters and tempos some of the time. (Metamorphosis). I wanted a piece that had a development section which almost dies and gathers energy toward it's goal (Third Eye Open).
